  •  Think back about your grandparents and parents.

        What memories do you have?

        What did you love most about them?

        What did you learn from them?

  •  What did you do as a parent that was positive?  What would you like to do differently?
  • What were your experiences with childbirth? What is the story of your child’s birth?
  • Look for ways you can reduce stress in the family.
  • Work on your strength and health.
  • Learn about pregnancy, birth, and infant development..
  • Start healing your relationship with your child (if needed)
  • Send love to yourself, your child, and the grandchild.
  • Visualize a healthy grandbaby.
